All levels are welcome, and every class is guided by experienced, compassionate instructors.

Our offerings are grouped into three core categories to help you navigate your options:

Fusion Flow

These classes blend breath-connected movement with mindful holds, offering the perfect balance of flow, strength, and awareness. Expect creative sequencing, a focus on alignment, and opportunities to deepen your practice. Best for building strength and flexibility, improving body awareness, developing a consistent yoga practice.

Gentle Flow | Slow down and unwind with this soothing class that focuses on gentle, flowing movements paired with mindful breathing. Perfect for beginners or those seeking a more relaxed pace, Gentle Flow encourages stress relief, improves flexibility, and leaves you feeling refreshed and grounded.

Flow & RestoreThis class offers the best of both worlds—beginning with a mindful vinyasa flow to build heat, strength, and flexibility, followed by grounding restorative poses to help you slow down, release tension, and reset. Expect breath-driven movement, intentional sequencing, and time to fully relax. Suitable for all levels, this class is a perfect midweek reset or end-of-day unwind.

Warm Flow | Set in a room heated to 85°F, our Warm Flow Yoga class combines alignment-focused poses with moderate, flowing sequences to build strength, improve flexibility, and enhance balance. Designed to encourage mindful movement, breath awareness, and a grounding yet invigorating practice. The heat supports detoxification, muscle relaxation and deeper engagement in each posture. End your session with a refreshing and well deserved cool peppermint soaked towel. This class is not suited for Beginners. 

Hatha Flow | This class offers a balanced blend of movement and stillness, combining the mindful pacing of Hatha yoga with the breath-connected flow of Vinyasa. You’ll move through intentional sequences, pausing to hold poses and refine alignment, build strength, and deepen flexibility. Hatha Flow encourages presence, control, and body awareness—making it a grounding yet energizing practice suitable for all levels.

Fusion Restore

Fusion Restore classes focus on gentle, functional movement and intentional rest to help the body unwind and reset. These offerings support mobility, flexibility, and nervous system regulation in a calm, supportive environment. Best for reducing tension, improving range of motion, increasing body awareness, and calming the mind.

Mobility Stretch | Enhance your range of motion and improve joint health with this gentle yet effective class focused on mobility and flexibility. Using a combination of dynamic and static stretches, this practice is perfect for anyone looking to increase functional movement, release tension, and move with greater ease in daily life. Ideal for all levels.

Reiki-Infused Restorative Sound Bath | This deeply nourishing 90-minute class combines gentle Restorative Yoga, hands-on Reiki energy healing, and a live sound bath to calm the nervous system and reset the mind, body, and spirit. Supported by props for total comfort, you’ll be guided into stillness with soothing sounds from crystal bowls, chimes, drums, and more—while receiving Reiki to promote deep rest, release, and renewal. This signature class is offered monthly.

Fusion Rx

These specialty classes are designed with accessibility, adaptability, and care in mind. Fusion Rx supports students working with physical limitations, health conditions, or mobility concerns. Best for those managing chronic conditions, recovering from injury, or looking for accessible and therapeutic movement.

Chair Yoga | A gentle and accessible yoga class designed for anyone who prefers or benefits from the support of a chair. This class is ideal for those with limited mobility, recovering from injury, or seeking a low-impact way to build strength, increase flexibility, improve balance, and promote relaxation. Students will explore both seated and standing poses using the chair as a prop for safety and support. No prior yoga experience is necessary. All bodies and abilities are welcome.

Yoga for Osteoporosis & Bone Health | This therapeutic class is designed specifically for individuals with osteoporosis, osteopenia, or low bone density. Using evidence-based poses and mindful movement techniques, you’ll learn how to safely build strength, improve balance, enhance posture, and increase flexibility—all while protecting your bones. A variety of props are used for accessibility. No prior yoga experience necessary.

Movement for Parkinson’s | Led by a fellow PWP (Person with Parkinson’s), this small-group class blends stretching, balance work, strength training, and mobility exercises to support motor function, hand-eye coordination, and overall confidence in movement. Emphasizing camaraderie, encouragement, and fun, the class is open to all ages and fitness levels. Students may participate standing or seated, with chairs provided for support. Focused movement has been shown to improve flexibility, reduce rigidity, and ease anxiety associated with Parkinson’s Disease. Maximum of 6 participants allowed. All participants must be approved in advance to attend this class.

Crushing PD | This moderate-intensity class is designed for individuals with Parkinson’s Disease and may also benefit those with other neurological disorders. The program focuses on slowing motor deterioration, improving cognitive function, enhancing balance, and sharpening reaction time, while fostering a supportive and inspiring community. Participants should have prior experience with an exercise program and be comfortable getting up and down from the floor and jogging in place. Maximum of 6 participants allowed. All participants must be approved in advance to attend this class
