Step 3: Book Your First Visit
Whether it’s a class, massage, salt session, or soak, you can book online through your account, over the phone, or in person.
Do I need to register before booking a class or spa service?
Yes. All new clients should create an account in our booking system before their first visit. This allows you to easily schedule classes, spa appointments, and manage your memberships or packages.
How early should I arrive?
Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to allow time for check-in, getting settled, and asking any questions you might have.
Can I book multiple services in one day?
Absolutely! Many clients pair a yoga class with a massage, or follow up a sauna session with a restorative foot soak. You can create your own wellness experience or choose from one of our curated packages.
What’s your cancellation policy?
For Classes:
We understand that plans change! At this time, we do not charge for missed classes—but we encourage you to cancel your reservation if you’re unable to attend so we can make space for others.
For Spa & Wellness Services:
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
If you cancel within 24 hours, you will be charged the full session amount.
If you reschedule within 24 hours, you’ll be charged 50% of the original session, plus the full cost of the new appointment.
Exceptions may apply at our discretion—please contact us as soon as possible if something unexpected comes up.
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your session so you have time to check in and relax. And don’t forget to fill out your New Client Intake Form before your first visit. The New Client Intake Form is included in your appointment confirmation email.
Do you offer memberships or packages?
Yes! We offer a variety of memberships for yoga, spa services, and hybrid plans. We also have class packs and service bundles—perfect for locals and visitors alike.
I’m just visiting—can I still come in?
Of course! We welcome drop-ins and offer short-term options designed just for visitors. You don’t have to be a member to enjoy our space.
What should I wear?
It depends on the service(s) you're enjoying:
For yoga classes: Wear comfortable clothing you can move and stretch in. Layers are great for restorative or sound-based classes.
For massage: You’ll be escorted to a private therapy room and may undress to your comfort level. A robe is provided in case you need to step out during your session.
For the salt room: Street clothes are perfectly fine, though you're welcome to use one of our spa robes if you prefer.
For sauna sessions: We’ll provide a spa wrap for you to change into before your session. You’ll have privacy and a robe if you're combining services.
For foot soaks: Loose-fitting pants that can be rolled up to the knee work best. If you’re wearing a skirt or dress, no worries—we offer lap blankets for comfort and warmth.
We also provide robes for guests moving between multiple services and have lockers available for your belongings during your visit.
Is there a place to store my belongings?
Yes! We have designated storage areas for both yoga students and spa guests:
Yoga students can store their personal items in cubbies located just outside the studio.
Spa guests are provided with lockers to securely store belongings during their treatments.
We recommend leaving valuables at home whenever possible, as Fusion is not responsible for lost or stolen items.
Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?
You’re welcome to bring your own, but we have high-quality mats, bolsters, blankets, and props available for all classes.
What is halotherapy (salt room therapy)?
Our salt room uses dry salt aerosol therapy to support respiratory health, skin conditions, and overall relaxation. It’s non-invasive and deeply calming.
What’s the difference between the salt room and sauna?
The salt room is designed for respiratory and skin health using fine salt particles. Our infrared sauna uses gentle heat to promote detoxification, muscle recovery, and relaxation.
