What to expect

Our Reiki Energy Healing sessions are 60 minutes long and include a brief check-in on what you are trying to release or hold on to, allowing for you and the healer to set an intention for the work that will be done on the table. A combination of essential oils, soft music, breath work, and a light touch will be used to create a healing space where energy will be encouraged to flow and healing will begin to take place.

What is Reiki?

Reiki is a Japanese form of energy healing, a type of alternative medicine. Reiki practitioners use a technique called palm healing or hands-on healing through which a "universal energy" is said to be transferred through the palms of the practitioner to the patient in order to encourage emotional or physical healing.

The spirit of Reiki is encapsulated in its principles or precepts.
