Welcome to Fusion Yoga & Wellness. Below you’ll find answers to some of the most frequently asked questions about our studio, spa, services, and space. Whether you’re a first-time visitor or a long-time guest, we hope this guide helps you feel informed and supported.

Getting Started

Do I need to register before booking a class or spa service?
Yes. All new clients should create an account in our booking system before their first visit. This allows you to book classes, schedule spa appointments, purchase memberships, and manage your visits. CREATE MY ACCOUNT

How early should I arrive?
We recommend arriving 10–15 minutes before your scheduled class or spa appointment to check in, relax, and settle in.

Where should I park?
Parking is available in the lot directly outside our studio. Overflow parking is available at the Cashiers Baptist Church located off of Hwy 64; pull in and park anywhere. There is a little pathway to the studio on the left side of the church parking lot that is short and sweet and comes out directly across from Fusion.

Where is the entrance?
Technically, we have two entrances/exits. Our main entrance is on the right side of the building, up the stairs and through the glass doors. Once on the porch, you’ll see another glass door on the left before the stairs, enter here. This is the entrance for Fusion Yoga & Wellness as well as our store, Bungalow Boutique. On the left side of the building is our accessible ramp and emergency exit. This door is locked during business hours. Please contact us if ramp access is required and we will gladly unlock the door for your arrival and greet you.

Classes

What should I wear to class?
Wear comfortable, stretchy clothing that allows you to move freely. Layers are great for restorative or sound healing classes.

Do I need to bring my own yoga mat?
You’re welcome to bring your own, but we offer high-quality mats, blankets, bolsters, and props for all classes.

What if I’m running late?
You may quietly enter class within the first 10 minutes, but we recommend arriving early to get settled without feeling rushed.

Do you offer memberships or class packs?
Yes! We offer flexible memberships for all levels, as well as class packs and drop-in options.

Spa & Wellness Services

What spa services do you offer?
We offer therapeutic massage, halotherapy (salt room), infrared sauna, and therapeutic foot soaks. Services can be booked individually or combined for a spa day experience.

What should I wear for spa services?

  • Massage: You may undress to your comfort level. A robe is provided in the room in case you need to step out.

  • Salt Room: We offer a spa robe but street clothes are fine if you’re coming in for a single session.

  • Sauna: You’ll be provided with a spa wrap to change into.

  • Foot Soaks: Loose-fitting pants that can roll up to the knee work best. We provide lap blankets for comfort.

  • Robes are available for any guest moving between multiple services.

Are spa services pregnancy-safe?
Many are! Please let us know if you’re expecting so we can tailor your experience appropriately.

Can I book multiple services in one day?
Absolutely. Many clients pair a class with a massage, or enjoy multiple treatments in one visit.

Cancellation Policy

For classes:
We currently do not charge for class cancellations, but we appreciate as much notice as possible if you can’t attend.

For spa & wellness services:
We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations.

  • Cancel within 24 hours: You’ll be charged the full session cost.

  • Reschedule within 24 hours: You’ll be charged 50% of the original service in addition to the full cost of the new appointment.

  • Exceptions may apply. Please contact us if something urgent arises.

Studio Etiquette & Facility Info

Should I silence my phone?
Yes, please silence or turn off your phone before entering any class or spa space.

Can I take a call or use my phone indoors?
We ask that all phone calls be taken outside and that guests use soft voices throughout the studio and spa to maintain a peaceful environment.

Is Fusion scent-free?
We use essential oils and other scents in our boutique and in some services and classes, but we ask guests to avoid heavy perfumes or fragrances as they can become overwhelming during services and classes.

Do you provide storage for personal items?
Yes:

  • Yoga students may store belongings in cubbies just outside the studio.

  • Spa guests are provided lockers for use during their visit.

Can I bring my child or pet?
To ensure a serene experience for all guests, we ask that children and pets not accompany you during classes or services unless previously arranged.

Do you provide amenities?
Yes! We offer spa robes, towels, wraps, mats, props, and lockers. Tea or water is available in our lounge areas. Our spa bathroom is also stocked with thoughtful extras including organic body wash, shampoo, conditioner, deodorant wipes, combs, and other spa essentials to help you refresh before or after your service.
