Tricia Laws

After 30 years in Human Resources, I’ve spent much of my life supporting and guiding others. Yoga became a natural extension of that calling and a way to help people care for themselves through movement, breath, and simple daily practices that truly make a difference.

At Fusion, I teach a variety of classes with a focus on approachability and consistency. My classes are welcoming, steady, and designed to help students build strength, flexibility, and balance in a way that feels realistic and sustainable. Whether you’re new to yoga or simply looking for a supportive environment to keep moving, you’ll find encouragement and community in my classes.

I believe wellness isn’t about perfection, it’s about showing up and moving your body in some form every single day. Teaching at Fusion allows me to help others experience movement as a lifelong practice that supports overall well-being.
